Scope

These terms apply to all quotes and agreements from Softcare, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Quotes and orders

A quote is non-binding and valid for [period]. An order is concluded after written confirmation or signature of the quote.

Prices and payment

Prices are communicated in advance and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms: [to be completed].

Delivery and changes

We work on the basis of the agreements we make together. Changes beyond that are discussed in advance and quoted separately.

Hosting and domain names

For hosting and domain names, the conditions communicated when you subscribe apply. Domain names are managed according to the rules of the registrar.

Liability
